We have a couple of new blogs on events that happened at Warwick University so please go check them out here

IFSTAL Certificates

If you would like an IFSTAL Certificate of Participation then contact your local EC with 200 words on how you participated in IFSTAL and how you have benefited. These certificates can then be used for job applications, Internships and placements to show your engagement in food system learning.

Please join us for a webinar with Professor Prabhu Pingali - Wednesday 1st June 3-4pm

Prabhu is the founding Director of the Tata-Cornell Agriculture and Nutrition Initiative. He is an agricultural economist with a long and varied career. Current projects include looking at how a more nutrition sensitive food system can be developed in India. You can read Prabhu’s bio here.

Rather than give a talk per se, we will have a short introduction from Prabhu about his work to date and current research, followed by an extended Q&A, drawing on questions sent in from the IFSTAL cohort. The webinar’s ‘chat’ function will allow further questions or follow ups to be asked during the Q&A, but having a number of questions to kick us off would be great!,

Please email Bex White – Oxford’s IFSTAL EC – with your questions for Prabhu on: ifstal-oxford@eci.ox.ac.uk . Please use ‘Prabhu Pingali Question’ in your email’s subject line.

Details of how to access the webinar will be forthcoming – please save the date & time!

For those who cannot make the webinar we hope to film this session and post it on the IFSTAL VLE.
